Project: Linthal 2015 - Switzerland
Electrical machines (Motor/Generator) commissioning (up to 250MW).
Instrumentation:
- Cold commissioning of sensors: temperature, pressure, level…
- Cold commissioning of instrumentation devices: settings adjustment; Sensor tests with their devices.
- Hot commissioning: check of instrumentation boards and adjustment of settings of the regulation when needed.
- Troubleshooting of devices.
Generator and turbine auxiliaries/Low voltage boards:
- Commissioning of the low -voltage distribution board and its consumers:
- Cold commissioning of the entire low voltage board: wiring check
- Cold commissioning of generator and water turbine auxiliaries consumers: wiring checks
- Power supply check (voltage level/phase rotation).
- Signals check with the control room.
General
- Monitor and/or support electrical tests on the generator:
- Short circuit and open circuit test
- Heat run & sequences
- Troubleshooting & fine adjustments of machine equipment (protections, temperatures, level, etc…)
- Heat runs with their final documentation.
- Commissioning of machine’s cooling system
- External companies handling
- Writing commissioning reports and issue reports
